As most women you’d probably like to stay young and vital for several years and to most women it remains a dream that never gets fulfilled, but if you perform a little research on natural face moisturizers it can actually become reality.

Natural face moisturizers can keep your facial skin in good shape for many years, and it can reduce all the fine lines in your face that tell others about your real age. They can actually reduce your age with plenty of years, at least if you look at the appearance, and all you have to do is to find the best one for your face, which should be a quite easy task.

From what you’ve read above you’ve probably figured out that natural face moisturizers is the answer to all your questions, and I will give you 3 good reasons to use them, but there are many more reasons for you to find out as well.

1.	They contain large amounts of Cynergy TK, which stimulates your body to produce more collagen and elastin, and that will give your skin a whole new firmness and it will definitely reduce the wrinkles that might have appeared already.

2.	Natural face moisturizers also contain a lot of Phytessence Wakame, which makes your skin smoother, firmer and more youthful at the same time. This means you will look a lot younger by using moisturizers with this ingredient in it.

3.	CoenzymeQ10 are used in them as well, and that’s a terrific ingredient that will help you maintain a youthful and healthy skin for a very long time.

As you can see there are many valid reasons why you should use natural face moisturizers and you will find even more reasons if you do some research on your own after reading this, and you will find a good moisturizer as well eventually.

For optimal black hair growth and health, you should develop a week by week regimen of what you will need to do to your hair in order to keep it clean, healthy and growing.

To create a basic hair care regimen, you need to determine the following things:

–DAILY–

1.**Figure out what times of day you need to moisturize and what products work best for your hair. You should have at least one moisturizer for adding moisture AND another moisturizer that specifically says it contains protein or that it is “Anti Breakage”. Alternate between these two moisturizers as needed. I will tell you in another post how to tell if your hair needs more moisture or more protein.

2.**Oils and Sealants

To keep moisture in your hair after using your moisturizer, you will need to apply an oil to “seal in” the moisture so your hair wont get dried out. Good oils to use are olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, rosemary oil, sweet almond oil, carrot oil, tea tree oil, castor oil, etc. I’ll have a detailed post just on essential oils later.

3.**Determine when and how you will style your hair and find products necessary to protect your hair from that styling. For example, if you style with a lot of heat, you will need to use a Heat Protectant on your hair each time you style to prevent damage.

4.**Leave-In Conditioner

Find a good leave in conditioner that makes your hair feel and look better. It may take a while of trying different products to find the one you like best. Infusium 23 is an example of a good leave-in conditioner.

5.**Determine how you will protect your hair while you are sleeping. Either wrap it up with a satin head wrap or use a satin or satin-like pillowcase. This prevents excess friction on your hair as you move around in bed, which will cause less hairs to be accidentally broken off. Wrapping your hair up in something also keeps the products you put on it from messing up your pillows and sheets!

6.**I have not yet discussed protective styles yet, but basically they are styles like buns, wraps, wigs, weaves, etc. that you can use to keep your hair protected from excess sun, dry air and friction from clothing. Putting a good moisturizer on the hair and using a protective style during the day is a great way to keep your hair moisturized all day. The less your hair is out and messed with, the better!

–WEEKLY–

1.**Determine how often per week (or bi-weekly) you will wash your hair and what products you will use. Remember to use a moisturizing shampoo. If your hair is very damaged and feels mushy, you should use a protein conditioner that says on the label that it contains protein or keratin. If your hair feels hard, stringy, dry and broken, use a moisturizing conditioner.

2.**Find a good deep conditioner. I would suggest using a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week. Even more if your hair is very damaged. Just like conditioners and moisturizers, there are deep conditioners especially made for hair that needs more protein or hair that needs more moisture. I will discuss deep conditioners and how to use them in an upcoming post. I personally use the Motions Deep Penetrating Treatment. Your hair may like a different product. Try a few different ones to see what works best.

3.**Vitamins, Diet, Exercise, Growth Aids

A good diet and exercise contributes a lot to having healthy hair. The body focuses first on internal processes, then on things like hair and nails last. So that means, if you aren’t taking care of your insides as well, your body will give nutrients and vitamins to your insides first and your hair and nails may get neglected if you the body doesn’t have enough nutrients to use for them. Using a good multivitamin supplement is a great idea to make sure your hair and scalp get their share of internal attention as well as the attention you pay to it from the outside. There are also supplements like Biotin, which can make hair and nails stronger.

4.You can also consider using growth aids to speed hair growth if that is your goal. Popular hair growth aids are Megatek by a company called Equiss and M-T-G by a company called Shapeley’s. Do your research on products like these first and see what results others are having and how they need to be used. I am currently using Megatek and have also used MTG, so if you would like more specific information on these products, please comment or send me an email.

–MONTHLY–

1.**Determine how often you will relax your hair. It’s a good idea to stretch as long as you can between relaxers to reduce the chance of you re-relaxing hair that has already been relaxed before. I will talk more about stretching later, but it gives the hair time to grow, so that it will be easier
to apply the touch up relaxer to the new growth only.

2.**When you use a lot of products in your hair every month, as most black women do, it is then necessary to use a Clarifying Shampoo once a month to remove buildup that regular shampoos do not remove. I use Suave Clarifying Shampoo once a month. If you continue to pile products onto hair that already has a lot of product buildup, products will start to not have as good of an effect on the hair as it did the first few times you used it. Clarifying gets rid of the buildup so products will once again be able to provide you with their full benefits.

If you do these things, you will have a pretty good basic regimen. It will take some time on your own to find the right products that work for you and are available in your area, and you can try to add things that you discover work for your hair that I may not have mentioned here. The important thing is that you learn what your hair needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and keep up with doing it.

Being a man is no excuse for not taking care of your crowning glory, or what’s left of it, as the case may be. Taking care of your hair entails so much more that just plain washing and drying it off. Having healthy hair, all shiny and glossy, is actually an indicator of how healthy the rest of your body is.

Start with choosing the right shampoo for your type of hair. If you have dry hair, buy a product that contains moisturizer to rehydrate lifeless locks. Keep in mind that harsh ingredients in shampoos, particularly scented components, have the possibility of drying hair out. A good option would be to use shampoos made from natural ingredients. For oily hair, purchase shampoos specially formulated to control oil production of the scalp. In washing the hair, it is preferable to use warm water to thoroughly cleanse the hair and scalp. Also, don’t leave the shampoo on your hair for too long, as this can also cause some damage. Massage the shampoo unto hair and scalp in gentle circular motion. Avoid vigorous scratching, as this can also brought on some damage.

Using conditioners is also beneficial to your hair, especially during cold weathers when it is prone to dry up and be brittle. Take time to read labels when buying conditioners, and choose one that corresponds to your hair type. Hairs that tend to curl need moisturizing conditioners, as this type of locks have the tendency to go dry easily. If your hair is naturally straight, try volumizing conditioner to give it body. Apply conditioners right after shampooing, distributing it evenly. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing.

When drying, do not rub your hair like crazy. This can cause excessive fallout, something that may lead to hair thinning and ultimately, baldness. Be gentle with your hair and just pat it dry.

Dandruff is also a big problem when it comes to hair care in men. A good key in controlling this particularly embarrassing problem would to pinpoint its causes. Most causes can be as simple as inappropriate shampoo, or may be brought on by underlying physiological factors such as hormone imbalance. Stress and unhealthy lifestyle are also known to cause this condition. Try switching hair products, and if dandruff still persists, see a dermatologist.

Use a wide-tooth comb in arranging your hair and go easy on those styling gels. Use the one having the least amount of chemicals to minimize damage. And unless absolutely necessary, forego using gels and other add-ons during weekends. Opting to go casual and natural allows your scalp to breathe and help keep it healthy.

Hairstyling is also one big concern, especially when your job entails you meet many people and requires you to appear your best each day of the week. Try consulting hair care professionals to know which style goes well with the shape of your face. Generally, curly hair needs to be trimmed every now and then to prevent them from overpowering your face, especially if you have a round face. Straight hair goes well being cut in layers, to give it some body. When you can’t afford to go a professional or simply is not inclined to, try to spend some time in front of the mirror to determine which style suits you best.

And lastly, keep the rest of your body healthy. Eating fruits and vegetables, and drinking enough water help keep your crowning glory all glossy and bouncy. Also, go easy on vices like smoking and drinking. Quit if you can, as these stuff can do damage not just to your hair but to your whole health, as well.

Looking to learn secret anti wrinkle skin care tips that are only know by a select few? Want to learn how to get rid of wrinkles and keep them gone for good?

When I was younger I had the distinct belief that you did not get wrinkles until you were forty. I guess I was wring.

Most people will begin to develop wrinkles around the age thirty. But everyone is different. Lifestyle and heredity will be the main factors in when wrinkles develop.

I began my anti wrinkle skin care program after noticing a wrinkle developing below my left eye. I used a wrinkle moisturizer as treatment and it got rid of the wrinkle.

Two years later I learned that the way I was leading my life could be affecting my skin. I smoked and drank a lot. After stopping these two bad habits my skin has looked much better.

Would you like to know the two keys I have learned that have kept my skin looking younger than any of my friends?

1.I take fish oil capsules. Omega-3 fatty acids are proven to reduce free radical damage to the skin. These fatty acids are also good for your heart and can fight depression.

2.I sleep on my back. Sleeping with your face all scrunched up against the pillow can cause wrinkles to form prematurely. Look at your face in the mirror right now. I bet the side you sleep on is more noticeably wrinkled.

While this article is to short to share all my knowledge about anti wrinkle skin care, I hope I have helped you a little.

Remember you are never to young to start taking care of your skin and preventing wrinkles.

You may be doing everything right with your skin care routine but do you use a face exfoliator? If you are using a cleanser, toner and moisturizer you obviously care about your skin. But you should include the routine of a daily scrub. The cleanser and toner cannot get rid of all the dead cells that collect on the surface of your skin. This is the job of an exfoliator. A good product will not be too harsh. Its ingredients will be soothing and cleansing.

Oatmeal is an excellent face exfoliator. It is just grainy enough without being severe. You want a product that will not strip your skin of essential oils. The Revitol oatmeal product also contains apricot for this very purpose. The aloe in this formula soothes your skin leaving it fresh and smooth. Once the dead cells have been smoothed away the newer skin is clearly visible. You will immediately notice a difference in the radiance of your complexion. The oatmeal product is so gentle you can use it every day. This will maintain the appearance of your skin. Having a good skin is imperative if you want to look as attractive as you can. The first characteristics noticed are the eyes, hair, skin and teeth.

If you want to make a good impression, be sure to include a face exfoliator on your skin care products list. One of the most used skin care tips is to use an exfoliator. This is the secret of many beautiful celebrities. Many of them simply would not have the glowing complexion they exhibit without it. Even if you have been a bit lax throughout winter you must use your exfoliator in time for summer. Summer is when a lot of us opt for short hairstyles. These show off a lot more skin. An oatmeal product will prepare you.

If you are seeing signs of upper lip wrinkles even at an early stage in your life, you are experiencing premature skin aging. This happens to people who do not care much about a good skin care regimen. The earlier we start with an effective skin care regimen, the better. However, it is not yet too late to change our ways. Here are some tips to help you combat upper lip wrinkles and other types of wrinkles:

Tip 1: Apply sun screen moisturizer on your skin, especially around your mouth area. The sun can fry up the moisturizing functions of your dermis and it is necessary to deflect its UV rays. Reapply it if it is not water proof or if it gets easily wiped off. When we eat, we tend to wipe our mouth area which is why we remove the sun screen products we apply around it. A lip gloss or lip balm with a high SPF also helps a lot. It protects your lips which is also greatly affected by the sun’s UV rays.

Tip 2: Prevent rubbing the skin around your lip area. If you have to wipe it, pat it and not rub it. It will only make the skin around it more aggravated. The constant tugging and pulling causes the skin to lose its integrity.

Tip 3: Scrutinize what ingredients were included in the skin care product you are using. The ingredients are what make the whole process successful. You have to find the one that will really improve your condition. Choose a product with CynergyTK, Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 and Phytessence Wakame.

CynergyTK is a wonderful ingredient due to its natural way of smoothing out wrinkles. It is actually made up of keratin proteins which is essential for the renewal of collagen and elastin tissues. Phytessence Wakame, on the other hand, sustains our level of hyaluronic acid. This acid supplies healthy moisture to collagen and elastin and will then prevent its early and premature deterioration. Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 is an antioxidant that gets rid of harmful free radicals that can speed up the aging process.

Tip 4: Apply your moisturizer using your lightest finger. Deeply rubbing your facial cream can only pull the muscles down. Do not use an up and down motion in applying. Use an upward and outward motion only to pull the muscles up. The key there is to defy gravity and you don’t want to add up to its effect. This way, you can really prevent premature upper lip wrinkles.

Taking care of your face is very essential. The skin on your face needs more attention than the rest of your body because it has more oil glands. The forehead, eye, nose and chin area need extra care because of the extra oil glands. You need to perform a brief morning and a longer evening regimen everyday, whether you think you need to or not. After you have your own facial regimen, cleaning your face will take only five to ten minutes a day.

Your morning facial care should take place in a shower or at a sink. You should clean the face with luke-warm water and a creamy cleanser or gel wash. Try to avoid bar soap because it will strip the face of its natural moisturizers. Blot the skin dry with a towel, never rub the skin dry. Next, tone the skin on the face. Toning the skin will help remove any make-up or residual cleanser that may have been left behind. Skin toners also help to restore the natural pH level and keep the skin clear, clean and ready for hydration.

After applying the toner, use a day cream which should be specialized for your skin type. A moisturizer will leave the skin feeling soft and smooth. Day creams also help with dryness and smooth away fine lines in the face. Sunscreen can also be applied over the day creams when needed. When you are finished, you make apply make-up if you wish to wear it.

Your evening facial regimen should begin the same as the morning. Wash your face with luke-warm water and a cleanser or purifying gel wash. The skin cleansers will help remove any make-up you had on. A toner should then be applied. The easiest way to use a toner is on a cotton swab or pad. While your face is still wet, you should begin exfoliating.

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells. These dead skin cells cause the face to look dull. The build up of dead skin cells can contribute to blockage of pores which causes acne. Also this build up will not let the products you use to penetrate the skin or work to their full capacity.

Exfoliation will brighten and give the skin a healthier glow. Afterwards apply a night cream and if you want use a firm eye cream around the eye area. Also, never go to sleep with make up on as this will clog your pores while you sleep.

Caring for African-American skin does not have to be complicated or costly. With the variety of product information available, its important to do your own independent research before investing in any expensive skin care lines. When choosing African- American products, there are several important considerations for creating and maintaining healthy skin.

For the most part, African-American skin has more similarities than differences to an other type. Because skin is the largest organ in the human body, it needs the essentials, such as fresh food and water, in order to stay healthy. Effective African- American skin care products should have similar formulations as any other quality product.

The main difference with African-American skin is its tendency to hyper-pigmentation. This refers patches of grey or darker discolorations on the surface. Because people of color have a higher amount of melanin in their skin, these melanin protectors can become discolored over time, often because of age, or because of harsh skin care regimens. African-American skin should be treated gently, and any type of treatment, such as peels or acne removal, needs to be used with caution, ideally by a qualified professional who specializes in delicate care.

A skin care routine for African American skin does not have to be elaborate in order to be successful. Dry skin is common for darker skin tones, and there are several successful steps to combating dryness. The first is to drink plenty of water, usually six to eight glasses a day, as this will give the skin a firmer and more youthful appearance. Shorter showers will also help combat dryness. In addition, using a moisturizer is essential in keeping skin soft and supple.

A final consideration when evaluating African-American skin care products is the inclusion of an effective sunscreen. Although there is more melanin to protect itself, skin cancer is still a possibility. Regular use of sunscreen can also help protect against hyper-pigmentation and lead to a more even skin tone. An SPF of at least 30 for the face and body is recommended.

By keeping these essentials in mind, you will be able to make effective decisions about your skin care regimen. African American skin care products are becoming easier to find and evaluate than ever before. These products can often be expensive, and it pays to educate yourself on the type of products that are appropriate for your skin before purchasing.
